From December 4-6, 2024, Istanbul hosted the third edition of the Table Design Exhibition – Celebrate Art & Creativity, an international event dedicated to table design, creativity, and innovation in the world of luxury event planning. The event took place at Rixos Tersane Istanbul, transforming the hotel into a global platform of inspiration for professionals in the luxury wedding and event industry.
This year’s theme was “Art of Winter,” an artistic interpretation of winter that guided exhibitions, conferences, B2B meetings, masterclasses, and themed evenings. Renowned international designers presented their unique scenographic tables, turning each space into a powerful visual experience.
For us it was a true pleasure to be invited to participate as official entertainment partners for the closing gala dinner, a key moment of the event where professionals from all over the world gather to celebrate creativity, connections, and success.
Our artistic proposal
For this occasion, we conceived and produced entertainment in line with the “Art of Winter” theme. Our performance was designed to integrate seamlessly with the elegant and scenic atmosphere of the event, offering guests an engaging and refined experience.
The team of artists consisted of two dancers, a singer, a guitarist, and a percussionist.
All performers were dressed and styled according to the theme, incorporating visual elements that evoked the purity, magic, and elegance of the winter season. Throughout the evening, they performed live, interacting with guests, singing and dancing with them, creating moments of great energy and participation.
Our entertainment proposal not only accompanied the gala dinner but transformed the evening into a true narrative, combining artistic performances and conviviality into a single immersive experience.
Our performers demonstrated that their art is not just a moment of spectacle, but the construction of an ongoing dialogue between environment, story, and theme.

The Table Design Exhibition is much more than a simple exhibition: it is a benchmark event for the wedding, MICE, and luxury design industries. Through masterclasses, panels, and workshops, participants explored topics such as creativity applied to celebrations, global design trends, and strategies to elevate the luxury event experience.
