Who we are
Abacadabra Productions is led by Chiara Gallana, alias ABA Chiara, X-Factor finalist and winner of the RSVP Award for Best Entertainment Europe and Asia, and Gaia Petrin, creative and event organization expert.
Two pragmatic artists, we both have a strong practical mentality when it comes to producing and planning, but at the same time our approach is always creative and artistic: Chiara is a performer and Gaia is an art expert.
We met during an event as colleagues, but we fell in love spiritually with each other’s work, ethics, way of doing and thinking, so we decided to join forces and create our own agency, our own magic.
The headquarters
Our operational headquarters are in Venice, Italy but we operate throughout Italy and abroad.
We both have an international background, thanks to our work and personal experiences spread all over the world: from New York to Dubai, from India to Florida. This has allowed us to develop ideas, creativity, working methods, contacts, and delve into the uniqueness of each culture.

What we do
Abacadabra Productions operates across two main areas of the luxury events industry:
- Weddings: We collaborate with Italian and international wedding planners, overseeing the production of live shows and entertainment. From artist selection and artistic direction to complete on-site management on the day of the event, we take care of every aspect of the production. We do not offer pre-packaged solutions; instead, we create a narrative concept that intertwines with the story and style of each wedding, delivering a highly personalized experience.
- Corporate: We conceive and produce high-profile corporate events, gala dinners, product launches, team-building experiences, and conventions. For each of our clients, we design an experience that authentically reflects the company’s identity and values, leaving nothing to chance.
In both contexts, our work goes far beyond the artistic proposal. We coordinate logistics and technical production, rehearsals, artist management, and event direction. Behind every performance lies an invisible process driven by precision, passion, and meticulous attention to detail.
