La Dolce Vita arrives in Georgia
Not only in Italy, the magic of Abacadabra Productions travels beyond borders.
For an exclusive birthday celebration in Tbilisi, Georgia, a local agency approached us with a specific request: to bring the atmosphere, elegance, and energy of La Dolce Vita to the event.
The concept for the evening started right here: a celebration inspired by Italy, from its flavors to its music, from its aesthetics to its convivial spirit. After an initial discussion with the client to understand the vision for the event, the guests, and the desired atmosphere, we developed an artistic proposal designed to blend naturally into the evening.
An all-Italian roaming band, capable of accompanying guests throughout the different moments of the event and, when the rhythm of the celebration called for it, transforming into a true party band.
An Italian band, from cocktail to party
Four Italian musicians flew to Tbilisi together with one of our coordinators to entertain more than one hundred guests throughout the evening.
The line-up consisted of a singer and guitarist, bassist, drummer, and saxophonist: a versatile combination designed to move between different genres and atmospheres and adapt to the natural flow of the celebration.
During the cocktail reception, the band took on its roaming format, moving through the spaces of the Marriott Hotel and accompanying guests from one area to another. Music thus became part of the experience, without interrupting conversations, but creating moments of surprise and interaction.
Then, as the evening progressed, the band moved from roaming to the stage, transforming into a party band capable of bringing energy and engagement all the way to the dance floor.
From Italian repertoire to international classics, the music accompanied the guests in a natural crescendo, eventually transforming the celebration into a true party.
And it is precisely this versatility that we look for in our artists: not simply musicians who perform a repertoire, but professionals who can read the room, interact with the audience, and adapt their performance to the moment.
From Italy to Georgia: the production behind the event
Bringing four Italian artists to the other side of Europe means taking care of much more than the performance itself.
As with every project, we started from the client’s idea and needs to identify the most suitable artists and create a proposal consistent with the concept. From there, we directly managed the production, from artist contracting to administrative and insurance matters, through to travel arrangements and logistics.
Our role is not simply to represent a catalogue of talents.
We create concepts and formats, and select the artists best suited to interpreting them, taking care of everything necessary to ensure that the production runs smoothly, even when the event takes place abroad.
In Tbilisi, one of our coordinators directly accompanied the band, ensuring communication between the artists, the local organization, and the production team, and making sure that every moment unfolded as planned.
Bringing the magic beyond borders
This event in Georgia perfectly represents what we love most about our work: starting with an idea and transforming it into an experience, even when the destination is on the other side of the world.
Music has the ability to overcome cultural differences, creating immediate connections and shared moments. And Made in Italy can become a true artistic language, capable of being reinterpreted and experienced in international contexts.
